The current business model lacks a unified source for mobile ordering, promotions, and loyalty points. Instead, these can be found across multiple social media accounts and a POS integration -- which lacks a branded aesthetic.
Solution
Sunright Tea Studio may benefit from its own mobile app, one that keeps loyalty points, its menu, and promotions all in one place. This will keep customers informed, rather than relying on social media to learn about promotions, and allow them to quickly access locations and up-to-date menus with ease.
